ZENBU Goal Habit Tracker helps you organize multiple goals and the habits that support them.

Getting started

  1. Add a goal.
  2. Set its due date, reason, notes, and thumbnail photo.
  3. Create categories for the goal.
  4. Add routines to each category.
  5. Check off the routines you complete today.

Switching goals

Swipe left or right on the goal cards to switch between goals. You can also reorder goals in the goal settings.

Categories and routines

Organize routines by category. Tap a category tab to show the routines in that category, or select All to see every routine.

Routine intervals

Each routine can repeat daily, on selected weekdays, every other day, every few days, on a selected day of the month, or on a selected weekday of the month. Routines that are not due today appear dimmed and show their next scheduled date.

Goal details and vision pages

Goal details show the goal, due date, reason, and notes. Add vision pages with text and photos to keep the result you want and your reasons close at hand.

Plans and tasks

Add plans and tasks from a goal or from Plans & Tasks. Use Plans & Tasks to view, edit, and complete them.

Daily assignments and order

The left column is the daily execution list; the right column lists plans and tasks. Select Today or Tomorrow, then drag a handle from the right column to the left to assign the item to that day. Drag it back to the right to remove the assignment. The original plan or task remains. Drag items up or down within the left column to change their order.

On iPhone, swipe left or right to switch columns. Drag a handle to the edge of the screen to move it to the adjacent column. The … menu also provides assignment, removal, and move-up or move-down actions.
