This Privacy Policy explains how Screen Schedule - App Limits (“Screen Schedule,” “the app,” “we,” or “us”) handles information. Screen Schedule is designed to keep schedules, app selections, Screen Time activity, and calendar content on the user’s device except for the limited services described below.

Information processed only on the device

Screen Schedule stores and processes the following information locally:

This information is shared between the app and its Apple extensions through the private App Group group.com.kwapp.lockscreencalendar on the device.

Screen Time and Family Controls

Screen Schedule uses Apple’s FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, and ManagedSettings frameworks. The user chooses apps and categories in Apple’s system picker. Apple represents those selections with opaque tokens to protect privacy.

Screen Schedule uses those tokens on the device to apply shields to paused apps and to detect when a selected recommended app reaches a configured usage duration. The app does not send selected apps, selected categories, detailed Screen Time history, or usage-completion records to the developer’s server.

Screen Time permission requires approval by the device owner and can be revoked in iPhone Settings.

Calendar

Calendar permission is optional. When granted, Screen Schedule reads only:
