This Privacy Policy explains how KIOKE (“KIOKE,” “the app,” “we,” or “us”) handles information. KIOKE is designed to keep the issues and other content entered by the user on the device, except for the limited services described below.
KIOKE stores and processes the following information locally:
KIOKE does not send this free-form content or the user’s issue content to the developer’s server.
On the Free plan, worlds, buckets, planks, ratings, hierarchy, and related app data are stored on the device. KIOKE Pro automatically syncs this data to the app’s private iCloud storage. When Pro is active under the same Apple Account, the iPhone and Mac versions can share data, and the iCloud data remains available after changing devices.
iCloud Sync is not a set of restore snapshots that lets the user return to any earlier state. Changes and deletions made on one device also sync to other devices. If the user returns to the Free plan, syncing stops, but data on the device and in iCloud is not automatically deleted. Apple processes synced data through iCloud and CloudKit under the user’s Apple Account. The synced content is not sent to the developer’s own server. KIOKE does not support exporting or importing JSON backup files.
At first launch, KIOKE asks whether anonymous usage data may be sent to Firebase Analytics. Collection is off by default. Only if the user chooses Send may KIOKE send usage events such as screens opened, major buttons or choices used, onboarding progress, the Pro screen, and purchase or restore actions, together with basic technical information such as the app version, operating system, and device type.
The user can enable or disable Firebase Analytics at any time in Settings. This setting does not apply to the limited operational information described below.
Regardless of the Firebase Analytics choice, KIOKE sends the following limited information to KW APP’s operational server to support reliable operation, version notices, and limited purchase-status confirmation:
