This Privacy Policy explains how People & Memories (“the App”) handles information.

1. Information handled by the App

The App may handle:

• Names, notes, contact details, anniversaries, and other information entered by the user
• Connections between people
• Photos selected by the user and tags placed on photos
• Tags, flags, notification preferences, and other app settings
• Information needed to export or restore backups
• App Store transaction and entitlement information for Premium
• App name, bundle identifier, app version, and build number
• A random anonymous installation identifier
• First launch and app-open timestamps
• Product identifiers, purchase status, price, currency, and information needed for purchase operations

2. Purposes

Information is used to provide the App, organize memories, provide notifications, create and restore backups, verify Premium access, understand basic app operation, investigate errors, display important version notices, and prevent misuse.

3. Data stored on your device

People, connections, memories, photos, contacts, anniversaries, tags, and settings are primarily stored on your device.

A file backup is stored only where you choose to save it.
