What you can do

• Use custom flags to organize important people, memories, and photos.
• Export a complete file backup or use automatic iCloud backup.

How to use flags

Flags are flexible markers that help you find people, memories, and photos later. You can attach more than one to each record.

• Personal examples: Important, Meet again, Grateful, Nostalgic, Review later
• Business examples: Contact, Awaiting reply, Check, Referral, Follow up

You start with Flag 1 through Flag 5. Add as many as you need, then rename, reorder, or delete them. If you return to the free plan, saved flags stay intact and reappear as they were when Premium is active again.

Free and Premium

The free plan lets you save up to 100 people. Premium removes the people limit and unlocks flags.

If a subscription ends while more than 100 people are saved, existing data remains available. New people cannot be added until the count is 100 or lower, or Premium is active again.

Premium is available as monthly, annual, and lifetime plans. The annual plan saves the equivalent of four monthly payments. Prices and availability are confirmed in the App Store purchase sheet.

Backup and restore

File backups include people, tags, connections, memory notes, contacts, anniversaries, photos, photo tags, flags, and settings.
