These Terms of Use govern use of People & Memories (“the App”).

1. Use of the App

You use the App at your own responsibility and must comply with applicable laws.

2. Your content

The App lets you record people, connections, memories, photos, notes, contact details, and anniversaries. You are responsible for the content you enter, your authority to use it, and appropriate handling of other people’s information.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Infringe another person’s rights
• Interfere with the App or related infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorized access, alteration, reverse engineering, or misuse
• Place an unreasonable load on related services

4. Free plan and Premium

The free plan allows up to 100 saved people. Premium removes that limit and unlocks flags.

Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless canceled through Apple. A lifetime plan, when available, is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Prices and plan availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet.

The annual plan is presented as saving the equivalent of four monthly payments based on the configured Japanese prices of ¥380 per month and ¥3,000 per year. Local prices may differ by storefront.

If Premium ends while more than 100 people are saved, existing records remain in the App. New people cannot be added until the saved count is 100 or lower, or Premium becomes active again.

Purchases, renewals, cancellation, refunds, family sharing availability, and billing are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and App Store processes.
